I download 7077.0.090404-1255_x86fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULFRER_EN_DVD via mininova torrent. It’s still running.

7077 x64 doesn’t look like the release candidate.
cversion.ini says:
[HostBuild]
MinClient=7000.0
MinServer=7000.0
