Ganesh over at The Windows Club has released the third major version of his Windows 7 theme for Windows Vista. It is one of the themes that is coming very close to the original and a good download for Windows Vista users who want to change the design of their operating system. The theme comes with the usual requirements to patch the system files first that are blocking third party themes from being installed on the operating system. You also find instructions on how to patch the system files so that the themes can be added.
