To kick off our new Launch Day gallery, here are some pictures from cnet of Best Buy in Southern California where locked cages were spotted with PCs with Windows 7 pre-loaded. Apparently according the article, Microsoft are fining stores $5k per sale for any that occur prior to October 22nd.
