10 Things To Do After Installing Windows 7

For many users, (unless they live in the UK where there are postal strikes) tomorrow will be the first time many users will receive their copy of Windows 7.   Out of the box, Windows 7 needs very little configuring, but here are 10 things you can do get even more out of your new operating system:

    Since I first ordered Win 7 I created a folder to collect all of the downloads, updates and upgrades, tips & tricks I need or may want when I receive my disc. All I have to do after I install is open the folder and finish tweaking.

    What about configuring the system backup? Should be Step 1 IMHO

      not sure what you’d have to lose that early on in an installation!
