Changing the Name of Your New Tab
Once you create you new tab it makes sense to give it a meaningful name. The illustration below shows you the sequence to follow.

When you have finished, check on the Ribbon Bar. Your newly named tab is there!

Removing a Command from the Ribbon Bar
It is a simple matter to remove an unwanted command from any tab in the ribbon. In the illustration below you can see how to remove a command button.

Restoring a Command to the Ribbon Bar
As you gain more experience familiarizing yourself with how to customize the ribbon bar, there may come a time when your enthusiasm gets the better of you and you remove either by design or accident some toolbar buttons that are really important.
Never fear! You can easily restore them to their rightful place.
Here’s how you go about it:
Click the Reset button in the lower set of command buttons in the Customize the Ribbon section.
This opens an option box opens displaying two options – Reset only selected Ribbon tab and Reset all customizations. Both are self-explanatory.

You don’t NEED a hotmail account – you need a Live ID login, which works with about all email addresses, at least with gmail, as far as I know (yes, this means Windows Live Messenger works with gmail addresses too).
Just thought I’d point that out.
Point taken but I used my Hotmail account to get to the site.
