Windows 7 themes are very popular because they can make your desktop more dynamic and personal. With the ability to change the desktop frequently can make it look like a new computer every time.
Here are some images that you can upload from the artist CygX1. The artist works with fractals. If you don’t know what a fractal is, it is a geometric pattern that is repeated at every scale and so cannot be represented by classical geometry.

How Fractals are made, what the artist says:
“To make fractals is a lot closer to sculpture or pottery than drawing or painting: with fractals, you can’t really place lines or shapes where you want to, nor have a total control on the shapes themselves. It’s more like starting from a block of clay (some basic math formulas) then manipulating it, twisting, folding, stretching it over and over again until the shapes get closer to what you have in mind. After that, you still have to work on composition, colors, details and, like in any other form of art, this can be a very long process.”
What is a fractal?
The term, fractal, was originally coined by the mathematician Benoit Mandelbrot in 1975. In its description he mentioned that the geometric pattern refers to objects built using recursion, where some aspect of the object is infinite and another is finite. It is recomputed and where at any iteration, a piece of the object is a scaled down version of the previous iteration. So the object will look similar to the previous iteration but not as large, or at a different angle.
Turn images into themes
To turn these images into themes, basically save them into a library, preferably under pictures. Then at the desktop right-click and select personalization. Find the library folder that contains the images and upload them. But more detailed information can be found at the following post from this website “Windows7 Sci-Fi Themes from TheLovas ”

I don’t get this, How does saving these images make them a “theme”, And why do they have such lousy quality? (I get it now, “theme” means a collection of wallpapers in windows 7, and is basically all that changes the look, vs XP in wich you could change the whole gui)
