General Tab
This is the main tab that allows the users to configure the features describing their system.
The Specific Tab
The tweaking toolbar has 21 features that can be used to modify and customize the program to fit your needs.

With this tab you can modify and change icons for a variety of folders.

the website for that software is just awful to navigate through. just pure awful
can it tweak theme colors, like background color? I suppose it can’t…
my biggest problem browsing windows has always been the white background of… everything. so I either use the classic, ugly theme, and I can customize the colors, or… well, I’m looking for a way to customize win 7 with aero enabled, so to have a cute, pleasant look, but with an overall dark theme.
There is a name for a site like this: “bait and switch”… And that is NOT a compliment. I’ve been trying to download WinBubble for some time now… The download links are completely BOGUS!!!
Don’t know. Went to CNET and D/L’d with no problem in less than a min. Works fine.
