Jon889	Just installed Windows 7 from the retail disc. And opened IE expecting to have the ballot screen, but it never appeared just went straight to msn.com. So basically what happened to it?

W7NOmoronovo	The ballot screen will be delivered to people in an upcoming Windows Update, and it will only be given to people who have their region and locale set somewhere within the EU.
